In the on going inter area league organized by the Central One Football Association (COFA) at the Parade grounds today Monday 6th September, Wellington will host Kissy in a match football fans describe as a match of two equals.
Kissy who won their first match against Regent are determined to maintain their winning spree in today’s match that is why the technical team as done everything possible to win.
Meanwhile Wellington who were held to a goalless draw in their first match by Congo Town are going for a win today to have a better chance in the league. Any other result apart from a win will not be good for Wellington.
COFA Chairman Sammah Sesay said that since the start of the league last month 16 wins have been registered with 29 goals scored out of 26 matches since Friday September 3rd.
Chairman Sesay said that the executive of COFA has fined three teams – Foulah Town, Mountain City and Kingtom, for misbehavior during their matches by their supporters. If they fail to pay the fines they will be disqualified from the competition.
