The Network Movement for Justice and Development (NMJD) has produced a working document as part of its plan to set up a knowledge management and communication (KMC) unit.
At an orientation session held at the Network Movement for Justice and Development (NMJD) office along Blama road in Kenema, the communication director Mr. Salieu Kamara says the process is a way of improving the organizations external and internal communication system to make-work effective for the organization.  He says an improved communication system will help the organization have an understanding with target beneficiaries and donor partners in all project undertakings.
Mr. Kamara further pointed out that the setting up of the Knowledge Management and Communication  (KMC) unit will take the form of training staff in communications management system and the purchase of essential utility.
